Exchanges ship FREE for all U.S. orders (excluding last piece/sale items/layaways). We hope you'll fall in love the second time around, whether that means finding the right size, width, color, style, or a completely different product. Choose from our vast, curated selection of luxury apparel. To maintain the best prices on our luxury items, buyer pays return shipping, but talk to your sales representative for credit on your next order - it's easy!



RETURNS are simple, too. If you choose to return a U.S. order for a refund, we'll refund for the full amount you paid (a case by case restocking fee may be deducted for last piece/sale items/layaways). Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse for shipping fees like express or international shipping added to your original order.

Getting Started

  • Contact us at 1-844-238-7722 or email us at [email protected] with your Order # (can be found in your email or in your account) or the name you placed the order with.
  • They will issue a Return Authorization number and quickly walk you through the process.

Sending It Back To Us

  • Repackage unworn items exactly how you received them — shoe boxes, bags, tags, and all — and place everything in your shipping box
  • Take your sealed box to any USPS, FedEx, or UPS location and make sure to ask for a tracking number (we recommend purchasing insurance and/or Signature Confirmation for higher value packages)
  • Clearly write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the shipping carton and send your package to:

  • We'll email you a confirmation once your return is processed for a refund.

  • We'll start processing your replacement item right away
  • We'll email you shipping confirmation and tracking
  • If you want your exchange to ship immediately instead of waiting for us to receive it, we can recharge your purchase; we will refund your return shipment once it arrives at our facility.

  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase date, though during the holiday season (November 1 – January 1) we'll give you up to 45 days from the purchase date to make gift-giving easier. As an industry standard, we do not offer refunds on custom made items as they are made to spec, but will always work to make sure you are absolutely astounded with your purchase
  • Items should be unworn and include all original tags
  • All packaging (including the original shoe box, suit and price tags, etc.) should be included
  • Buyer pays return shipping (unless a mistake was made in shipping), but exchanges ship for free (excluding last piece/sale items/layaways)
  • Items should always be mailed back to Upscale Menswear, not the manufacturer
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited shipping fees added to your original order

Credits can take additional 2 – 10 business days to post to your account, depending on your credit card company.
