As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 1-3 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the shipping carrier’s transit time from our warehouse(s) to your address.

- As most of our orders are high value ($100 and above), we typically can only ship goods to the billing address. - Complimentary insurance and Signature Confirmation may be included to ensure secure delivery of your fine goods.
- Upscale Menswear does ship to all countries, however when buying exotic skins, please ensure that such products are allowed as imports into your country.
- To ensure quicker deliveries, your order may be shipped in more than one package if it contains more than one item, especially when servicing international destinations.

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails:
- Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email. This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.
- When your order ships, you will receive a “Shipment Confirmation" that contains your shipment tracking number(s). With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.
Once you receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:
- Click the link provided in the "Shipment Confirmation" email.
- Visit the shipping carrier’s web page. Copy and paste the tracking number from the "Shipment Confirmation" email into the Tracking form.
- If you are a registered Upscale Menswear member and logged in to make your purchase, then you can access your account to view your Order History.
- Contact us at 1-844-238-7722 or email us at [email protected], and we can track your order shipment for you.
If your order appears late, you should consider the following:
- Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays (Saturdays if shipped via USPS, or with Saturday Delivery via FedEx/UPS).
- There are certain holidays that carriers do not pick up or deliver.
- It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the shipping carrier’s website.
