Men’s Style Predictions for the Remainder of 2017 July 3, 2017March 6, 2023 Mo Mulchandani Admittedly stylists and celebrities don’t always get it right when it comes to men’s fashion trends, but as we scan the catwalks of the men’s fashion world, there are a few that continue to catch our eye at Upscale Menswear this year. Below are a list of some of our favorites that made their way into stores early in the year and continue to soar in popularity. V-Neck Sweaters It may be a little premature to be thinking about autumn trends, but if you want to get a head start on your winter wardrobe, make sure a v-neck sweater is top of your list. We’re not talking about standard shallow v-necks, but about a more angular v neck. Wear with a dress shirt underneath to add a touch of class to your look. You can find a great selection of dress shirts in a range of colors from the D & E Collection. Laid-Back Suits Slim fit suits are great for formal occasions, but if you’re looking for a great smart/casual look, bigger, easier fitting suits are a great choice. Pairing a laid-back suit with a plain t-shirt and sneakers is the perfect summer-to-winter-wardrobe transition. We love Apollo King’s range of wide leg suits, available in black with grey/red stripes, or charcoal grey. Statement Sunnies If you thought women have all the fun with sunglasses, you were wrong. Men’s sunnies are bigger and bolder than ever this season, with a range of styles, tinted lenses and super thick frames. We’re a big fan of frames in eye-catching colors, but if you don’t want to be so daring with your look, tortoiseshell is as popular as ever. Pair with a Stacy Adams Wool Felt Fedora Dress Hat in a range of colors for the ultimate statement outfit. Think Pink Making its way onto the catwalks alongside yellow this season was dusty rose pink. A popular color if you’re looking to make an outfit pop, this is a trend you can easily incorporate into your summer wardrobe. These Pink Suede Loafers by Fiesso are one of our favorites, perfect with jeans or smart trousers and a blazer. If you’d rather add some subtle color, we also love this Pink Ostrich Belt by Los Altos. What are your favorite men’s fashion trends of this year so far? Comment below and share with us.
