Price Beat Guarantee

If you find a product for a lower price on another website, we will refund you 110% of the difference between the lower price and Upscale Menswear’s price, even up to 10 days after purchase (say goodbye to “buyer’s remorse!”). We'll even refund the difference if we lower the price on our own site!

Rules:

• The item must be in stock in the same style, size and color that was purchased from the UpscaleMenswear.com website.
• Special promotions, rebates, and gift certificates are not eligible.
• The website where you find the lower price must be a legitimate business and cannot be an auction site or private event sale.
• The final publically advertised price that would have been paid at the other site, including shipping and tax, less any promotion, will be compared to the final price on your order with Upscale Menswear and will be included when calculating the difference.
• Offer is valid for 10 days after you make your purchase.
• Offer is valid on orders/items shipped to destinations within the United States.
• Offer is limited to one refund per month per customer.

To receive your Price Beat Guarantee refund:

1. Order the item that you want from UpscaleMenswear.com.
2. Give us a call at 1-844-238-7722 or email us at [email protected] with: (1) your Order Number and (2) the URL of the product page on the site where you found the item.
3. After receiving your email, Upscale Menswear will verify the website where you found the lower price, give you the discount by refunding you the difference.

To protect the integrity of this program, Upscale Menswear reserves the right to ascertain the legitimacy of any online retailer whose website is referenced in a Price Beat request using commonly accepted criteria, as well as decline a purchase due to economic sourcing discrepancies and/or website maintainance glitches.
