My husband loves the shoes, Upscale menswear provides outstanding customer service and the product is exactly as advertised.

I purchased the shoes for my husband as a Christmas gift the original size was a little tight and although he loved the shoes they were uncomfortable. I called Upscale and explained the situation, the staff were extremely accommodating and shipped a new size right away. Great product excellent customer service!
